Chris Amato & Jan Franks Creative Group

Long experience and fresh, unexpected creative rarely go hand in hand. One exception is the creative team of Jan Franks and Chris Amato.

Both veterans of big Madison Avenue agencies, Chris and Jan have had highly visible successes in the field of DTC advertising.

As a CD/AD at McCann Erickson, Chris pitched and won the Lunesta business and later created the “Moth” campaign, universally acknowledged as the most recognizable icon in all health care advertising. At Publicis, Chris created the wildly successful MENWITHCRAMPS viral campaign for ThermaCare Menstrual which won an Effie in ’08 and was short-listed at Cannes in ’07.

As a CD/CW at Saatchi Healthcare, Jan created the Detrol “Gotta Go” campaign which earned the agency its first Gold Effie. Her work on Enbrel, Frontline, Transitions Lenses as well as successful pitches for Levitra and Chantix helped Saatchi achieve the title of “DTC Agency of the Year” in ’05 and ’06.

Chris and Jan have now joined forces to serve clients directly, eliminating the bureaucratic inefficiencies that hamper so many client/agency relationships.
