Patti A. Kriger
Patti is a results-driven marketing consultant with more than 20 years of consumer and healthcare marketing experience. She is known for the ability to integrate both marketing and scientific approaches to innovative problem solving, with both strong abstract thinking and practical solutions to complex issues.
Prior to consulting, Patti was employed at BMS. As Sr Director for Rx to OTC Switches and a core member of the Consumer Medicines Divesture Team, she was the business lead for the 20 person Pravachol switch team with a $28MM development budget, as well as key liaison to the external joint development partner. During her tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), Patti held a variety of line and strategy positions including serving as internal cross divisional consultant, bringing consumer expertise to a number of pharmaceutical initiatives (lifecycle management, early development, DTC advertising and relationship marketing.)
She brings diverse Therapeutic and Category Experience including food and personal care products, Rx and OTC medicines, and diagnostic devices, pain management, women’s health, skin care, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
During 2007 Patti worked with BMS and their Agency to develop the consumer launch campaign for Orencia (indicated for RA). The program launched with immediate market impact, all key measures exceeding objectives. The campaign won multiple DTC and PhAME awards.

Classically trained in brand management at Kraft/General Foods and Bristol Myers Squibb, Patti’s specializations include Business Development, Direct to Consumer Advertising and Rx to OTC switches. Her formal education began at Brandeis University, where she earned a B.A., and includes an MBA from Columbia University.
